Erin attended the University of Vermont in 1998 where she majored in Fine Art and in Industrial Design. She then went on to obtain a Master of Fine Arts from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, where she specialized in Computer Art.

Since that time Erin has been a full time professor at Central Pennsylvania College where she has been working to expand the creative spirit of her students. When not teaching, Erin spends much of her free time taking on commission photography projects. She officially started her commercial service and event photography business, Adept Creation in 2004.
